I posted a fault at the smfnew support forums and I got a reply from a support staff, who said he'd notified the admins about it.

Appeal a Ban or Mute / Re: Muted and I'm annoyed.

I meant that because he's a hidden he has no crown, so I didn't know he was a hidden. Surely he should say, because I didn't think he was a member of staff so I wanted to check with a member of staff.
Also with 4, surely he should check with sara first? I didn't know he had the power to mute me or that he was a staff, so I'd understand if it was someone advertising other servers or something, but I just don't think it's fair. He just kept saying stuff like "please stop using colours on yell", "players arenot allowed to use colours on yell" and "don't listen to Sara, she isn't a very good staff member".
I'm now unmuted but I still want this to be investigated into.

Well atmosphere muted me for using colours on yell. Here a a few reasons why I'm annoyed.
1) Sara allowed me to use yell colours.
2) How am I meant ot know that atmosphere is a member of staff when he has no crown?
3) Now everyone keeps mocking me saying "I'll give you 200m if you say phat". "Oh sorry you can't speak you ****".
4) Atmosphere didn't even care if Sara allowed me to, he just said "please stop using colours on yell". Then he muted me without saying he'd mute me.
In-game name: Bisexual.

Sara muted him, and everyone kept telling him to be quiet about it and he wouldn't stop. Also he tried to scam agile, and earlier he asked me for a death match (I was 41 levels lower than him and using dragon longsword 
) and he was risking arma helm and primal dagger, then just as I killed him he teled away from me, and he died. Then he went back to where he died and he took his stuff, even though he promised a death match. I was wondering if anything could be done about this, as Deathkil was watching the fight, and he witnessed it. Maybe at least give options for deathmatch or normal fight, and if it's deathamtch disable teleporting for the future? Also disable going up stairs or though portals to stop that happening?

Suggestions / We need a forums moderator.

Well I was thinking we need one for a few reasons.
1) Most of the appealing bans/mute topics haven't been replied to, so a forums moderator could quickly notify the in-game owners/admins about these topics. This could increase the amount of players too, because if someone has been banned for something that doesn't deserve a ban, then they won't be able to ever play again, even though they haven't done anything wrong.
2) Anything in the wrong board could be moved.
3) Any spam we get in the future could be took off, and any flaming could be removed, then the player could be warned.

Hi I'm back. I've not been on for a long time and I've realised there are a load of new players ofr me to meet! I guess I'll re-introduce myself.
Well I'm Adam, and I live in England. I love to play rsps, and minecraft!
Anyway, I learnt GFX through creativity and partially tutorials. GFX is one of my pastimes, and so is coding things like websites. It's good to see you again!
