Cannot Load Cache

Simple request, downloadable cache please?

Stops loading at 1%, 3%, or 11%. nothing more, nothing less. randomly stops at any of those 3 percentages.

actually the owners do care they are just very busy and stuff but they will probably have it fixed but idk bc aruthur and jackson are pretty busy with other stuff so :D just hope and pray
