Scamming is against the rule. However, it's not in a sense of Dice Game. As for Dice Game, you will have to find a host whom you can trust. Otherwise, you will be at your own risk if you get scammed.

Simplicity: If you think that the host isn't someone whom you can trust, approach other players or just don't play it.
